Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and ensuring exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Contribute to inventory maintenance, cleanliness, and operational tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
