Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise, maintain product displays, and cashier efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and uphold company policies.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures to minimize discrepancies.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register.
- Proficient in performing general cleaning tasks and operating store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
