Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock merchandise, maintain product displays, and cashier efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and uphold company policies.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures to minimize discrepancies.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register.
  • Proficient in performing general cleaning tasks and operating store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
