Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking products, and maintaining the store's appearance.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years to work at Aldi.
- Efficient cashier operation and proficient equipment handling skills.
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
