Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our retail operation, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Perform cashier duties and maintain cleanliness of the store.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment effectively.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior experience in retail is a plus.
