Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products accurately and neatly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers in their experience.
• Communicate effectively with the team and store management.
• Monitor inventory and assist in conducting store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies, including cash handling and security procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
