Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment for customers. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall shopping experience at our store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
- Follow security and confidentiality protocols
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to company policies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
