Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Role Overview
- Consistently demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Perform cashiering, stock shelves, and assist customers in their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash policies
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
- Experience in retail environment preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
