Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange shelves.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on inventory, products, and operational issues.
• Follow cash policies, procedures, and company policies diligently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in providing courteous customer service and using a cash register.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and follow cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
