Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, stocking products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
