Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role will directly impact the customer shopping experience by delivering exceptional service and working collaboratively with our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide outstanding service.
  • Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
