Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves neatly and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle merchandise.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience demonstrating equivalent knowledge.
