Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining stock levels, and contributing to the overall store appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to improve store operations.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Experience with cash register operation and general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.
