Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked with products, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory, contribute to store inventory counts, and uphold cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
