Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
