Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Job Type
Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage
$17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures for loss prevention.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
