Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain the presentation of products.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Participate in inventory management and assist in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
