Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and assistance.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize inventory losses, and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with the ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
