Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandising displays, and process customer purchases.
  • Communicate effectively with the management team and provide feedback on store operations.
  • Adhere to company policies, handle cash transactions, and manage inventory accurately.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience in retail environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
