Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and welcoming for customers. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and provide prompt and courteous service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store issues.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
