Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Follow cash handling policies and procedures to minimize errors and losses.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
