Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. By delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and arrange product displays.
• Offer excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate clearly, and work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
