Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and arrange product displays.
  • Offer excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to follow company policies, communicate clearly, and work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
