Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves neatly and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security of documents and data.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Capability to handle alcoholic beverages as per state and local requirements.
