Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our store, you will be responsible for enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) expected for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
  • Assist customers with shopping, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Capable of safely operating equipment and performing cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
