Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Follow all company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient cashier operation and equipment handling skills.
  • Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
