Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the store, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues promptly.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
