Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, cashiering, and maintaining the appearance of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash policies.
• Adhere to company procedures, uphold security measures, and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of safely using equipment and following cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
