Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
  • Follow company policies and maintain security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or above.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
