Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, customers are provided with exceptional service, and products are accurately stocked and displayed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Help monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
