Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Stock shelves and displays neatly, process customer purchases, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and operational issues
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
  • Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness standards, and work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Retail experience and high school diploma preferred
