Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years to work at Aldi.
  • Proficiency in cashier duties and operating retail equipment.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
