Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join ALDI, a renowned retail company. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Provide feedback on products and inventory to improve customer experiences.
  • Follow cash handling guidelines and company procedures accurately.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Capable of operating equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
