Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store's overall appearance meets our high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Capable of following company policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
