Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products and inventory issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Proficiency in operating store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
