Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) for the role.
  • Handle customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
