Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain a neat store appearance.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, inventory management, and general store operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
