We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your role will directly impact the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and assisting with inquiries.
  • Merchandise products, stock shelves neatly, and maintain displays for a visually appealing store.
  • Collaborate with team members, communicate clearly with management, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
  • Adhere to cash policies, conduct store inventory counts, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to multitask efficiently.
