Join our team at Aldi as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain neat displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory control

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
