Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
