Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
