Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store remains well-organized, efficient, and provides exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
  • Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
  • Carry out additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous service.
  • Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience beneficial.
  • Combination of education and experience equivalent considered.
