Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring efficient stocking of products.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Provide feedback to management on product inventory and issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
- Capable of safely operating equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
