Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our retail store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism and apply ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with store management, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
- Participate in inventory counts, uphold cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience considered.
