Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of the store, you'll be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining high cleanliness standards. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Adhere to cash policies, operational procedures, and company guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capability to follow cleaning standards, company policies, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well individually or in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
