Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing outstanding service.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and issues.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
