Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and keep merchandise displays organized.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and monitor stock accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older with the ability to provide courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of following company policies, communicating effectively, and working both independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred and prior retail experience beneficial.
