Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Job Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Capable of meeting physical demands of the role
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
