Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Assist customers with shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
