Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash register efficiently and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
