Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock merchandise and maintain store appearance.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in store counts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
