Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product displays, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring the store's overall presentation.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays in an orderly manner.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience, ensuring exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and retail equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
